Wooden Crate Preparation
Stone is crated in timber suitable for international container shipment, with internal bracing to prevent movement.
Palletization
Smaller units and pavers are palletized and strapped for stable handling and loading.
Protective Material
Foam, corrugated, and plastic separation protect polished and finished surfaces from contact damage.
Piece Labeling
Each piece or crate is labeled with project, piece, and sequence identifiers for jobsite identification.
Project Sequencing
Where applicable, packaging is organized to support installation sequence and jobsite workflow.
Container Loading
Crates and pallets are loaded, braced, and blocked within the container to minimize shift in transit.
Ocean Freight Coordination
Container booking, documentation, and ocean freight are coordinated to the destination port.
Port Coordination
Arrival, customs, and port release are coordinated for onward movement.
Domestic Delivery Planning
Inland transport from port to jobsite or warehouse is planned and coordinated.
Jobsite Delivery Coordination
Where available, jobsite delivery is coordinated with the project team — confirmed per project and location.
Freight is not included unless a quote specifically includes it. Logistics scope, Incoterms, and delivery responsibilities are confirmed per project.
